TEACHING

I am committed to educating and supervising students and junior researchers, and promoting diversity in STEM fields. I have extensive teaching experiences and my teaching evaluations have been very strong (available upon request).

At the Penn State College of Medicine, I am regularly teaching two courses,

1) Data Mining with Applications to Genomic Data and

2) Modern Topics in Omics and Precision Medicine.

In the Spring 2019, I am teaching the Modern Omics and Precision Medicine course. The course material will be extensively revised. The course webpage is
